NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. - The Westmoreland County Community College men's bowling team opened up it's 2019 season on Jan. 11th by competing in a match hosted by CCAC-Boyce at the North Versailles Bowling Center.
The top finisher for the Wolfpack was freshman Zach Hartmann, who scored 634 over three games to place fourth overall and score two points. He finished his day off with his best games, as he posted a score of 202 in the second game and 198 in the third.
Westmoreland had three other bowlers finish in the top 10 overall. Sophomore Josh Gelet rolled a 195 in the third game on his way to scoring 551 and placing sixth overall. Right behind him in seventh place after totaling 536 was freshman Noah Svidron and freshman Chris Gaia placed ninth in the event with a score of 472. Rounding out the Wolfpack bowlers was sophomore Trevor Nelson, who placed 11th but had the high game of the day for the team with a score of 208 in his third game.
