NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. - A pair of Westmoreland County Community College men's bowlers finished in the top five Tuesday afternoon to lead the team's efforts at a match hosted by CCAC-Boyce.
Top scorer for the day was Trevor Nelson, as he finished fourth overall with a series score of 559. He opened the match in fourth place after rolling a 204 in the first game and mainted his position through the final two games. Coming in right behind Nelson in fifth place was Noah Svidron, whose game-two score of 181 helped propel him to a series total of 503.
The top ten scorers for the match were rounded out by two more Wolfpack bowlers. In eighth place was Zach Hartmann, who rolled 474 for the series highlighted by a 174 in the opening game. Taking 10th place overall was Chris Gaia with a total of 437.
The Woflpack will compete again on Thursday when they roll at a match hosted by Penn Highlands.
