Chaz Lankey Bowls a 300 game
The men's and women'sBowling Teams kicked off their 2022 season at home, Main Bowl in Greensburg, against CCAC with a big bang!!
Freshman Chaz Lankey started out the season with a perfect 300 game in his first game of the series. How do you follow a 300 game in your first round of the season you may be asking? Chaz followed it up with a 279 in his second game! Chaz finished with a three game pin total of 762, earning the team 2 points in the process. The Wolfpack had the next two finishers as well, with freshman Ben Coleman bowling a 685 series going 231, 214, and 240. Placing third was freshman Ian Sunny who put together an outstanding 659 series, which included two games over 200, with a 249 and a 224. The Men's team took all 3 points in the match.
Ashleigh Walker lead the way for the Wolfpack bowling a 608 series to start the season. She threw 226, 211, and 171 games, in route to taking two points for the win. Following Walker, was Hannah Destefano who finished third overall. She finished with a 158, 128, and 171, for a 457 series. Rounding out the roster for the Wolfpack was Alexie Rosendale, who finished in fifth place, with only bowling two games after missing the first game. In her two games she scored 140 and 188, for a 328 two game series.
The teams will be back on the lanes this Thursday at Coral Lanes at 3pm for a match against CCAC and Penn Highlands.
