Golf Tees off the Spring Season

On Friday afternoon the Westmoreland County Community College Golf team took to the Lake Arthur Golf Course for a golf match vs Butler County Community College and the Community College of Alleghney County.  The course was in good condition after the large amounts of rain over the previous few days.  Westmorland only had four of their six golfers on hand for the match this week.  Freshman Carson Kirshner was the low score on the day for the Wolfpack shooting a 90 to start off the season.  He was followed by Luke Zylka and his round of 97, while freshman Logan Goblesky and Micah Conroy also competed scoring 112 and 122.

The Wolfpack will return to Lake Arthur Golf Course on May 12th, but in the mean time, Next up for the Wolfpack is a home match at Glengarry Golf course on Friday April 29th vs CCAC and Butler.
