Westmoreland Hosts First Home Match of the Season
Westmoreland County Community College's golf team hit the links at Glengarry Golf Course in Latrobe for their second golf match, first home match, against CCAC, Butler, and Penn Highlands Community College. The four team event saw five of Westmoreland six golfers take part in the event. Chase Richardson played in his first event for the Wolfpack and was the low scorer for Westmoreland shooting an outstanding 82. One stroke behind was freshman Luke Zylka with his low round of the season at 83. Last match's low scoring Carson Kirshner had a three stroke improvement with an 87. Micah Conroy had a solid round with a fifteen stroke improvement with a 107. Hunter Miller rounded out the scoring for the Wolfpack with a 135.
Westmoreland will next travel to North Park Golf Course for a match hosted by CCAC on Friday May 6th for an 11am tee time.
