Bats Go Silent in Conference Playoffs

West Mifflin, PA - The women's softball team entered the Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference softball tournament as the third seed which saw them face off against conference rival CCAC South. These two schools split a four game series over the season but CCAC South exploded for a 10-2 win eliminating Westmoreland's chances for another conference championship. The loss dropped the ladies to (8-13) on the season as they look ahead to their regional tournament.
