Wednesday night the Westmoreland County Community College volleyball team played the second half of a home and home series with Garrett College, at Garrett.
Westmoreland took charge winning the first two sets (25-19 and 25-20) before falling to Garrett in the third set (25-19). Westmoreland then closed out the match winning the fourth set (25-19) and taking the match 3 to 1.
Freshman Emily Schuck was the leader of the pack when it came to kills with 14, and reshman setter, Skyler Durst continues to set up her teammates dishing out 23 assists. While sophomore Bryn Shearer served up five aces and freshman Kylie Price added in four more. Schuck also lead the team with six digs as well.
With the win the Wolfpack move to 5-7 on season, and they will next travel to Montgomery College, where they will take part in a tri-match with Northern Virginia Community College and Montgomery College at 2 pm and 4 pm.
